What's with this fantastic UK weather! It's time to do yoga LA style......in the park.
From 1st - 5th July I will be doing 2 classes a day. Morning 7am and Evening 6.30pm. Saturday 4th just one class at 6.30pm
We will find a clear spot on Acton Green opposite Lavelli's and near to the playground.
Don't forget to bring a mat and water! It's a donation based class so drop what you like in the box. I just want to get out there, stretch, breathe and tone up the body. Fresh air, fresh chi, sun to warm us. Drop in, workout and for some just chill out.
Hope to see you there. Please call me if you need any more info. BTW it's an Ashtanga Led class, Primary Series - Traditional. Probably will last 90mins at least, knowing me, but go when you need to.
